Keep Memories, Not Papers

With school in full swing, your kids are going to be bringing back all sorts of display-worthy A+ papers and art projects. After they’ve run their course on the refrigerator or picture frame, it’s time to let go; you can’t keep everything. Of course there are some extra-special doodles and projects that you’ll want to keep, but you’ll have to be selective.

To keep the memory without the clutter, take a picture of the project. An even better idea is to take a picture of your child showing off their masterpiece. Another alternative is to use a scanner to create a digital copy. Now you can enjoy the work of art through the years on screensavers or digital photo frames, without needing a full filing cabinet for each year of their life.
