SHIPPING:

The timing for when you receive your order depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Orders must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. MST in order to be processed within the same day. Orders submitted after 11:00 a.m. MST will be processed within the next business day (does not include orders placed on Saturday or Sunday). Below are general arrival estimates, although during certain holiday periods shipping times may take longer:

 

*Value Ground Shipping

Delivered via a partnership between FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (the USPS will fulfill the final leg of delivery). Orders arrive in 8-12 business days from the time your order is submitted.

 

Standard Ground Shipping

Delivered via UPS. Orders arrive in 4-7 business days from the time your order is submitted.

 

2nd Day Shipping

Delivered via UPS. Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. MST will arrive by 4:30 p.m. on the 2nd business day (does not include Saturday or Sunday) from the day your order is submitted. If you are shipping to a PO Box your order will be delivered via USPS Priority and may take up to 3-4 business days.

 

Overnight Shipping

Delivered via UPS. Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. MST will arrive by 3:00 p.m. on the next business day (does not include Saturday or Sunday) from the day your order is submitted. If you are shipping to a PO Box your order will be delivered via USPS Priority and may take up to 3-4 business days.

Please Note:

Some of our products are specialty items and ship separately from our regular products (no additional shipping fee is required). If a product you are purchasing has specialty item messaging in its description, please allow 3-4 business days for order processing, then add applicable shipping time to your order based on the shipping method you selected.

 

RETURNS:

Our 100% guarantee provides you with a full refund or exchange when you return any purchase within 30 days. Product must be new and unopened and accompanied by an original receipt. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Defective product returned within 30 days will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund including tax and shipping charges. Receipt required. Defective product returned after 30 days but within 120 days will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund including tax in the form of an online store credit. Receipt required.

To Return Merchandise:

Simply indicate the reason for your return, provide customer information, and list the items that you are returning on the reverse side of the packing slip you will receive. Include this packing slip with your return, wrap the package securely, and send the package to the address listed below. For your protection, we recommend that you return product using an insured method of shipping. The Organized Parent is not liable for lost packages. Products Shipped From a 3rd Party Business Partner:

Product purchased from The Organized Parent website but shipped from a 3rd Party Business Partner (as indicated by a drop ship notation on the website) can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Product must be new and unopened and accompanied by an original receipt. Please note -- product must be returned to the 3rd Party Business Partner who sent the product to you. Please do not send return to The Organized Parent as it will delay your exchange or credit. Defective product returned within 30 days shipped from a 3rd Party Business Partner will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund including tax and shipping charges. Receipt required. Defective product returned after 30 days shipped from a 3rd Party Business Partner is subject to the 3rd Party Business Partner’s return policy.
